What countries do you support

Blink Session is available worldwide. You can host video sessions, use interactive tools, and manage appointments from virtually any country—except for regions restricted by international trade sanctions, U.S. government embargoes, or specific regulatory limits.

However, specific sub-features within the platform carry localized support depending on third-party provider availability:

1. Unsupported Video Regions

Video sessions cannot be hosted or accessed from sanctioned or embargoed countries and territories:

• Restricted Countries & Territories: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Belarus, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.

2. SMS & Appointment Reminders

SMS 2-factor authentication and notifications are limited to specific countries to ensure deliverability compliance, local carrier regulation, and protection against fraud.

• Supported SMS Countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand. For 2-factor authentication, authenticator app support is available.

Note: Outbound SMS is disabled for countries outside this explicit allowlist.
