Recording a session

Recording is available when your organization has enabled it and you have the Record Sessions permission. In a session, open Record and choose a mode:
- Session — records all participants' video to watch later (cost is $0.05/minute with free lifetime storage).
- Participant — records a single participant to view now or later (5-minute limit).
Finished recordings appear under the client's Recordings tab, and can be shared to a contact's portal.
