How to observe another staff member's session

You need the Observe Sessions permission.
- To observe: Log in to Blink Session and then go to the staff user's Join Link, which you can find on the Organization › Staff page. If you are logged in while you visit their Join Link, you will see an option to observe or join.
- When you request to observe, the staff user must approve before you enter the session.
- Your camera and microphone stay off — you only see and hear the staff member and their client(s).
