How do I cancel my subscription?

You must be an Organization Admin. Go to Organization › Subscription and click Cancel subscription, then confirm.
- On a paid plan you keep access until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and the page shows the date access ends.
- If you're still on a free trial, canceling ends access immediately.
Cancellation always follows your Stripe billing period.
